This week I started my Confirmation class for my church. Unfortunatlely for me I started a little bit late, and everyone there is in sixth grade, other than the five others along with me that are older. I am the junior. Not a junior, the junior. I am the oldest one attending Confirmation.
My first impression, sadly to say, was terrible. I felt completely alone. I walked in to the gym and all I see are parents with their excited little kids running around. My only escape was to text everyone I know and try to preoccupy myself with the mindless conversations on my phone. I first walked to a line to sign in, and being older than all the other kids, and without an adult, everyone cut in front of me. Not only kids but parents included. It was a downer. My whole outlook was pretty much turned to zero.
After eating some food and greeting everyone, they let the "children" go up stairs and get into their small groups. Luckly I was saved, they had a group only for kids who are not in sixth grade, thank goodness. It was starting to feel better. Soon all the small groups were assigned a place to meet and finally, I was in a room that was quiet and sixth grade free.
I met some very interesting people. There are five others in my Confirmation group. Their names are Graeme, Hannah, Elizabeth, Heather, and Zane. The closet one to my age is Heather who is a sophmore at Timberview. Everyone is really nice and I cant wait to get to know them all. After spending more time in my small group I feel a lot better about the whole Confirmation process. I think I am really going to enjoy it and I hope to learn alot from it.

Brand New
I am new to blogspot and I dont expect for it to become something that I do daily. It is simply a place for me to express my random thought and opinons. I never been a good writer so please bare with me on this one. Usually all my thoughts sound good in my head, but I have never managed the task of transferring them onto paper, or in this case, to text. To anyone actually reading this please feel free to comment on anything I post, I love hearing other people's thoughts. Thanks!
